Refund Policy

Maxx Send will accept, for return or exchange, items (chair, T shirt and/or foam sets) that are in new condition, unworn, or altered and free of damages. Please contact maxxsendhelp@gmail.com with your name, order number and request for refund or exchange. Once confirmed, mail out your item(s) within 15 days from the receipt of your original order and provide a tracking number. Return shipping is paid by customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items may not be returned or exchanged after 15 days from receipt of original order.
